At MEGAPOINT GLOBAL LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your right of withdrawal as well as our return and refund procedures. This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation principles and applicable consumer protection laws (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable U.S. regulations).
1. Right of Withdrawal
(For customers in the European Union)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) at:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Return Procedure
Step 1: Send an e-mail to megapointgloballlc@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) concerned
- The reason for the return
Step 2: We will confirm the return procedure and provide you with the return instructions within 48 hours.

Step 4: Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- ✅ The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- ✅ The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- ✅ The product must be complete (accessories, manuals, gifts, etc.).
- ❌ Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
- ❌ Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- ❌ Products without proof of purchase cannot be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipment.
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at megapointgloballlc@gmail.com, including photos of the product and packaging.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you, at your choice:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement of the product.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
